Tieka also is a social media influencer who publishes a personal lifestyle blog with an active following of more than 16,000.

I'll summarize what I say with a favorite quote from Milton Glaser, “There are three responses to a piece of design—yes, no and WOW! 'Wow' is the one to aim for.” That's my goal, whether that's through awesome design or a great "get it done" mentality.

Tieka is constantly inspired by her surroundings—seasons, fashion, photographs, movies, and people. Her face is often glued to a screen scrolling through social media or reading blogs. There are so many inspiring people in the world to learn from.

Background

Tieka has her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree with a major in digital media and a focus in interactive design from Kendall College of Art and Design. She has been a member of the Williams Group team since 2010.
