She partners closely with her clients to ensure the finished product is powerful and true to them and their purpose. A passionate lifelong learner, she also encourages clients to consider new approaches and vantage points—each holds the potential for opportunity and growth.

Sarah is constantly inspired by children, especially her daughter. Their curiosity, capacity for genuine connection and honesty remind her to nurture these qualities in herself and her work.
Sarah received her Bachelor of Arts in political science from Aquinas College in Grand Rapids, Michigan. She has over a decade of experience working in higher education and the nonprofit sector. Her passion is helping organizations find and share their unique story to make lasting connections. She joined the Williams Group project leadership team in 2022.
