Bob takes the complex and makes it understandable. A consultant, writer, advisor, mentor and more, he has a gift for capturing the spirit and detail of a complicated concept, and is known for his talents in leading a group through (sometimes transformative!) dialogue to find new understanding.
Bob finds inspiration in helping groups find the point where all their members' aspirations intersect. His gift is creating a frame that holds everything that needs to be held, and helping it make sense to others.
Bob has a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Master of Public Administration degree from Western Michigan University. He joined Williams Group in 1984 following five years in local government.
