Rachel has a Bachelor of Science degree in communications from Grand Valley State University, where she is currently pursuing a Master of Science in communications. She joined Williams Group in 2018. Prior to Wg, she worked as a communications project manager at a non-profit biomedical research and science education organization. Rachel is an active American Marketing Association member who has served on the West Michigan chapter board for more than four years.
