As each client request comes in, you will determine the exact needs of the project, identify the most appropriate methodology and resources to fill those needs, and collaborate with others to complete each project in accordance with client objectives and high quality standards.

You will wear a variety of hats depending on the needs of each client and project team. In some cases you will lead all project activities; in others, you will play a supporting role. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Recognizing and pursuing new business opportunities (typically with existing clients)
  • Leading account planning and budget forecasting activities

Project management
Tracking each project to its expected outcomes

  • Establishing project schedule and deadlines
  • Managing resources (internal and external) to fulfill project needs
  • Maintaining strong client communication throughout the project
  • Ensuring that all projects are completed in scope, on time and on budget

Personal leadership
Setting and enhancing company culture

  • Modelling mature, constructive behavior
  • Mentoring and supporting other associates
  • Contributing to an environment that is positive, collaborative and inclusive
  • Upholding our organizational values
