Williams Group is currently seeking an exceptional project manager to serve as the primary conduit between client objectives, strategic direction and day-to-day implementation. Our ideal candidate has five to eight years of experience, preferably in a client services or agency environment.
As project manager, you are both project leader and contributor. As each client request comes in, you will determine the exact needs of the project, identify the most appropriate methodology and resources to fill those needs, and collaborate with others to complete each project in accordance with client objectives and high quality standards.
You will wear a variety of hats depending on the needs of each client and project team. In some cases you will lead all project activities; in others, you will play a supporting role. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Sustaining positive, long-term client relationships
Setting and enhancing company culture
A communications maven. You are passionate about best practices, sound strategy and quality implementation. You understand what makes communications effective.
A confident and capable team leader. You collaborate well with writers, designers, developers and partners of all stripes. You provide clear guidance and ensure everyone is steering in the same direction.
An able facilitator. You’re comfortable presenting in front of others, via phone or in person. You can think on your feet, synthesize what you hear and bring disparate points of view together.
A strategic partner. You know how to balance short-term projects with long-term objectives, and you recognize and pursue opportunities to increase our value to clients.
An attentive service provider. You’re highly responsive and proactive—dedicated to providing an exceptional client experience.
A cooperative problem solver. You are comfortable and confident in complex or ambiguous situations. Regardless of the task at hand, you remain positive and solution-oriented.
A detailed executor. You appreciate the trust our clients have in us, and go above and beyond to ensure a quality output.
Deeply committed to community. You care about the world around you and are engaged in efforts to make it better.
Competitive salary and bonus, with opportunity to grow through increased contribution to the success of Wg clients, commerce and culture. Initial salary is determined based on experience and ability to contribute.
Qualified candidates are invited to submit a resume and cover letter to Leanne Challa, email@example.com.
